The HOLDRITE HydroFlame Sleeving System – is

| Manufactured
and assembled in the United States, these cast-in-place
sleeves for multi-story buildings [condos, hospitals,
offices, schools, etc.] utilize an advanced, patented

mid- body seal cast-in-place sleeving technology that
allows for expansion and contraction of concrete and
the pipe that penetrates through the device and seals
off fire and also reduces water damage. The end result
is the highest level of fire and water protection
available today in cast-in-place sleeving systems.
Available in multiple sizes to fit a wide variety
of slab thicknesses and pipe diameters, the HOLDRITE
HydroFlame cast-in-place Sleeving System has the durability
and engineering to protect property in storm, seismic,
problematic and/or unforeseen conditioned areas. |

The
HOLDRITE HydroFlame Sleeving System has been in development
since 1999. In that time the cast-in-place sleeving
system has gone through extensive testing to prove its
sound engineering and remarkable design and has acquired
all necessary listings and approvals through agencies
such as UL, FM and others.

Invented by a master plumber, Darrell Price, HydroFlame
technology was developed to save time, money and property
on multi-story buildings. The |

cast-in-place Hydro-Flame sleeving has garnered an
active interest from the insurance industry, architects,
engineers, builders
of high profile developments, mechanical, plumbing
and electrical contractors for its ease of installation,
fire and water protection and by helping to allow
for faster drying-in of the lower floors during construction.
Available in multiple sizes to fit a wide variety

-6”), HydroFlame cast-in-place Sleeving Systems
has the durability and engineering to protect property

| After
over 30 years of experience in the building of single
and multi-story high rise buildings in Florida, Mr.
Price recognized the need for a better system for
the installation, integrity, durability and reliability
of pass through penetrations for fire and water protection.
In the hurricane prone state of Florida, he uncovered
many incidents of faulty installation and product
failure of existing cast-in-place sleeving systems
resulting in extensive water damage, mold issues and
loss of property. Using his plumbing and mechanical |

expertise,
Mr. Price designed and patented a single piece mid-body
seal cast-in-place device.
In addition to being fireproof, it is also water tight
where the pipe of choice penetrates through the mid-body
seal, while allowing for the expansion and contraction
of the penetrating pipe and the concrete that surrounds
the device.
Hubbard
Enterprises, a leading innovator in plumbing support
systems, acquired the HOLDRITE HydroFlame product
lines and key staff from Presealed Systems in August
of 2009. The HOLDRITE HydroFlame line of innovative
firestopping products continues Hubbard Enterprises’
long tradition of “Converting Makeshift Methods
into Engineered Solutions” for the construction
industry.
