WHY HOLDRITE® HYDROFLAME™

Avoid serious problems with water intrusion

Water intrusion, costing millions of dollars a year, is a huge issue in multi-story building construction and design. Intrusion damage is caused by storms, broken water lines, failing hot water heaters, faulty construction, etc. During construction, intrusion delays project completion and causes high cost overruns. After the building is occupied the cost is even higher with the personal property damage and the likelihood of unexpected mold and its financial impact. The end result is higher insurance costs for everyone. Contractors, building owners, engineers, architects, insurance companies and many other people in the building and construction field are asking for water tight penetrations to help reduce these serious issues.

The Holdrite HydroFlame cast-in-place sleeve is the first pipe pass through device to fully address water intrusion for floor penetrations. From its contact with the service pipe, to its contact with the surrounding concrete, the Holdrite HydroFlame one piece, mid-body seal provides full water intrusion protection through a revolutionary design that allows for expansion and contraction throughout the mid-body seal of the HydroFlame cast-in-place device. Using Holdrite HydroFlame cast-in-place sleeves makes pipe pass through locations one less place for water intrusion to occur.
